The Challenge
Trustworthy, without feeling clinical.
Mental healthcare needs credibility, but its visual language doesn't have to feel institutional. Our opportunity was to create a warmer, more human experience that could make the first step toward therapy feel less intimidating.
Before
Creative Direction
One brand. Different emotional experiences.
Different mental health experiences shouldn't all look the same. I directed a flexible visual language using illustration, color, and composition to give each treatment area its own emotional character while keeping the brand cohesive.
Art Direction
Creating an emotional visual language.
We moved away from generic wellness imagery toward illustrations shaped by the emotional character of each subject. I guided the visual exploration and refinement, balancing warmth and sensitivity with brand consistency.
A Scalable System
The direction was designed to work as a system, not a collection of individual executions.
A shared framework allowed the visual language to scale across treatment pages, campaigns, and social while preserving a consistent creative voice.
